Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and that sometimes it is necessary to cancel an appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total cost of the job.
We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled appointment due to inclement weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule or provide a full refund. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to providing you with excellent service.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will promptly return to your property and re-clean the area until you are completely satisfied.
